Dean is the rapper, co-songwriter and front man of The Fish Police Rapping since the age of 12, music is his passion. His tastes are eclectic; he cites Will Smith, Kraftwerk and Daft Punk as key musical influences.
Dean has a vivid imagination and his ideas form the basis of the group’s songs. He’s also a big fan of fast food, video games and cartoons, he named the group after one of his favourites, The Fish Police. Another key influence on Dean is his love for Japan. He loves everything Japanese including the food, films and manga cartoons. His passion for the culture resonates through many of the group’s songs.
Dean is also a self confessed internet geek and when he’s not creating music, he’s catching up on Facebook, checking out films and videos on YouTube or visiting the site of his favourite actress Chiaki Kuriyama of Kill Bill fame.
